Vet 1
I have been welcomed by Murphy and co as new grad in 2024 and quickly realised how friendly and hard working the whole team is. I have developed quickly here and even though first year was stressful and sometimes overwhelming the team was always there to support me or cheer me up. You will get plenty of opportunities to get stuck in be it consults or surgeries. The practice can get busy at times but knowing you have a knowledgeable team behind you is invaluable. The shift patterns allow for a great work life balance and the area is fully of places to explore so you’ll never be bored.
Vet 2
I loved my time at Murphy and Co . I would have stayed for years if the practice was closer to my family and were I live. As a small independent you have full support from Fiona and other vets to work up cases to an excellent clinical standard. Having worked in a corporate practice previously I have loved being back in a smaller team. Nothing is too much trouble and it really is the supportive environment for younger vets to gain confidence and flourish.
